Blows my mind that an onshore bill could stop approval due to not being able to run a pipeline to shore.
With all the options and technology in the industry these days it should have no influence on approval. I see it more as a block for investment decision than approval.
Hence why I feel the updates on Proceeding with the drill are relevant no matter the outcome of the bill.
