I believe this is a furphy.... no slight on yourself but the notion.
NOPTA forwards its recommendation to the respective J.A. In this instance Housas ( or delegate ) and King ( or delegate ) ...and is done simultaneously.
N.S.W. doesn't pass it on as such... ... all they do is announce their intent. The Feds also.. one isnt reliant upon the other as such.
That said...it's whatever the Feds say essentially.
King ..or whoever...could decide right this sec...if not already.
It's all about when yay or nay is communicated t NOPTA for announcement.
