Well I like to think Breeze going dead quite right now as a bullish signal. If he suspected something was wrong, his role as CEO and chairman of the relevant companies would compel him to act, but he hasn't acted at all, which tells me he suspects nothing is wrong. Now why would that be the case, unless he's holding a straight flush whilst being confident the Government is bluffing with nothing. Add to this the fact that Kelso was quite positive that a good announcement would be forthcoming in January or onwards, so clearly, he also suspects nothing is wrong.
Time will tell, 2024 is shaping up to be another dramatic year for PEP 11.
