just throwing my two cents in on your solid post. The NSW legislation will pass as it has bipartisan support. Unless something changes between now and when it is put up in a couple of weeks it should get up. I am of the opinion that Houssos will use that passing of the legislation as her cue to get up and tell us she is denying PEP11.
Then it’s over to the feds. They seem to be working feverishly behind the scenes to try and manufacture a reason to deny. It’s a matter of whether they find a legal avenue or not. I think and hope not
