Hello Hoodlum - give my regards to your "niece" Tin-Tin... lol (cant fully remember!!)

Happy to be part of the voice in this BPH discussion. Whether I am right or wrong - can only be determined by other peoples input and eventual outcome from this NOPTA process.

One thing that I had overlooked (maybe others have noted already) in my comments regarding the TWO proposed legislation from Zali and NSW is this:

1. Zalis Bill is BIASED. Full Stop. The title of the Bill is Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Stop PEP 11 Forever). and

2. The NSW Legislation proposed by the Private Members Bill by Rory Amon is also BIASED. Ref comments from the Chair of the Committee:

putting forward, the Member for Pittwater made two important declarations about his Bill –
that it was driven by politics and that it was intended to tackle one particular petroleum
exploration project known as “PEP-11”. I commend the Member for his honesty, but also
caution that those two qualities rarely make for good legislation.
