The annoying thing is that Morrison knew the whole energy supply system was a mess when he stepped in as a mystery Resources Minister to Stop PEP 11. He also knew that his biased behaviour was inappropriate because in the end it is the Federal Resources Minister who has the power to make the final decision. Morrison also knew from polling the Teals were likely to pick up seats from the Libs despite his biased actions against PEP 11. Australia will be a better place when he leaves to take up a job in the United States.
