NSW Government are deliberately holding up the JA decision as they want to BAN any infrastructure to be built in their shore area.
The NSW government control only extends out so far as evidenced by the millions of TONS of effluent that flow out to that limit each year to the 5 Mile mark. Imagine being one of the Whales that traverses the coastal route each year and gets to near one of the 3 major ocean pollution outfalls.. WTF and do a massive detour I think!
