In the list of documents found by the NSW Minister's Office, nothing by the name of "Report", "Advice" or similar appears. The only documents which were found, and then refused to me, were "Application" of which there are 2, "Application Appendix" or "Application Attachment". Presumably these are the two open applications on the NEATS Portal and their supporting documents. I'm not sure what the point of appealing the FOI would be, as the Authorised Officer did not actually deny me access to any report from NOPTA, but rather only denied me accessing the Applications/Appendices/Attachments. Curiously, the Authorised Officer did not comment on whether the requested report itself could actually be found.

Furthermore, I sold out a little while ago and I'm now not comfortable with the risk profile, especially now as the NSW Government has come out so strongly against PEP11. Good luck to those still following this and I hope that the results of the FOI request may be of assistance somehow.
