    Yes, absolutely, the reality is there is no valid rationale for going against the licence, even from an environmental perspective. That's why the Government dropped the case in courts (because they had no case), and that's why Morrison had to be underhanded, instead of using legit processes to ban the licence. This has been nothing more than a giant farce, just politicians doing their thing and vying for power. I reckon even Save the Coast knows its a farce and I'm inclined to believe the leaders of that organisation have strong political ties, and are just helping their relevant parties gain power.

    I can't prove any of this of course, but my instincts are screaming to me that these clowns (Save the Coast as well as the politicians that support them) don't give a toss about the environment or their pristine beaches, because if they did they'd be rallying against every single O&G project throughout Australia, of which there are many. Why just PEP 11? It's because it has the most exposure to the media and is therefore ripe for exploitation.
