This is my opinion, and the only one I can see as the logical outcome.
I dont expect much to happen on the approval front until ZS amendment is dealt with.
The merits of SZ's amendment has been roundly discussed herein. I see little merit in further dicsussing.
If ZS amednement is voted down, then I would expect approval to be given, by a delegated officer, soon after.
THe SP will jump in the event of ZS bill being thrown out.
I consider the NSW legislation to be a sideshow.
I see little utility in posting in the intervening period, unless, of course, news or events, seriously change the directionn and sentiment.
