There is also another amendment to be voted on (or already approved - im not sure),,, it was amendment by Micahel Regan in the Lower House.... THAT changes/adds words to ensure that the Minister(s) can not approve anything to do with 'oil and gas' (my words.... they used some other words - minerals etc)
