NSW stance on PEP11 is that of the annoying neighbour that has no sugar, doesn't want to go to the shop to buy some sugar but will continually knock on your door to ask "can I borrow some sugar".
Hopefully at some point the rest of Australia just calls NSW out for being a bad neighbour. They are currently having a moan about their reduction in the Federal GST carve up despite record royalties from coal sales. Imagine the extra revenue if you helped bring PEP11 online.....if gas were to be discovered.
