I dont think they can finish the EIA as there are outstanding inputs. I thought in the EIA you need some of the below;
- What Rig you are using
- The drill dates
Both can't be completed without the NOPTA approval.
But positive that they engaged the EIA in April. So it would just be the final touches to complete.
