Screening and scanning the 40 approved permits issued so far and have come to the conclusion that about 85% have taken a minimum of 3 months to approve.
Working off these timeframes 3-5 months would be an acceptable amount of time to make a decision.
This fits within the 100+ days we are at so far.
Any longer than the 3-5 month mark would warrant a please explain and could potentially be considered for the Bias argument.
Just my 2 cents on where we are at.
