The trite response to why delegate has always been so faster decisions can be made while you the delegator is free to make other decisions. But none of that works here because NSW is dragging out the process so even if the FEDS delegate the final decision there can be no result until NSW gets a move on and makes a decision. The slowest worker is always where the bottleneck appears and this is clearly NSW. I personally think it will take some sort of legal please explain to mobilise NSW into action otherwise there is nothing to stop them doing nothing forever.
