Indeeed Blue...
Seems to me they know they have no choice but to follow the law and if they do follow the law - they have no choice but to have NEW laws in place to make sure - in their words - that PEP11 is so expensive to make it unfeasible and thus - STOPS PEP11.
Their only choice it seems is to put in place this 5km ban and 'hope' it stops PEP11.
What does that tell you about the Recommendation???
