No progress or news by end of April - I think Breezey might need to step in with the lawyers.The opinion of NSW is clear.
The government can't simply say we're waiting on them. A month longer and it becomes a sour joke.
Compensation would need to be paid out to Advent for unreasonable waiting time incurring operating and legal costs.
