Until the FEDs make a decision...and it can be proven that there was no BIAS involved in the decision (ie bias against PEP11/BPH) then the GAME is NEVER over...no matter who may want to influence PEP11 - even PM Scotty Morrison's refusal got shot down by the courts... so what position does Bowen hold that he could 'influence' the outcome and not be shown to be biased? Also he is not the Minister to make the decision... So his opinions dont count. The relevant Minister(s) or their delegates - have the authority to make the LAWFUL decision.

IF there was NO Court Order 'dictating' that the NOPTA application was to be returned to NOPTA/JA and a decision made in accordance with the LAW - then I would be the VERY FIRST person to abandon ship and run like hell away from PEP11. Any company who is caught in this position at the mercy of the pollies without a Court Order is NOT worth investing in.
