We do not know, and we will probably never know when the NSW JA provides their decision to NOPTA. There is no requirement to announce this, and there is no milestone on NEATS that records this. NSW may already have responded with their decision, we simply have no way of establishing this.
The Federal Government, under current legislation may elect to wait for Zali's Bill to lapse before making their decision. They may elect to wait longer than that if they see fit to do so.
