I doubt any change in legislation by moving the goal posts is going to be acceptable to the High Court. Remember these politicians are here in power for what is a "blip" of time and as such should not have the power to shape the future of Australia with such poorly debated bills and bill amendments.
Game Over here in my opinion and the Gov needs to own it, step up and just say that need to follow due process by APPROVING the simple one drill exploration hole and get the F on with it.
