well 3D seismic survey was the point where this project went on hold.. 2D seismic survey was completed and results accepted by Ministry also.. 3D seismic is necessary but not compulsory.. but 3D seismic approval was given by authorities so now.. we need consultation..this new Bill is absolutely relevant to PEP11
