correct they hiring but location has to be determined after Survey.. there was a website with Timeline since 2010 each step.. I forgot which one was that.. that's where all steps taken and how Group of licensee spent 21 mil.
besides 2D survey results are rather old now.. hope we are not getting into same shtt again.
