I think what he is trying to say is that this decision is in the hands of politicians and they can't be trusted as they all have ulterior motives. Nothing wrong with that as it's the truth. What could, should, would be done is out of our hands unfortunately. We are at the mercy of these people with their own agendas. Again, unfortunately. The days of saying "this will be approved because it benefits Australian future gas integrity" are long gone. Now it's just about shoring up political points. Unfortunately.
