Pep11 went to JA for decision on October 17 2023. That's over 5 MONTHS ago...

What will happen if this drags on for a couple more months where then (very unlikely imo) JA deny the permit despite the NOPTA recommendation of approval where then in that case DB obviously takes it back to the courts where it has to be explained to judge that DESPITE Scott Morrisons disgraced secret ministries and DESPITE going against NOPTAs recommendation of approval and DESPITE NSW facing CRITICAL gas shortages and DESPITE NSW new bills and legislation not being able to stop pep11 from happening and DESPITE taking over 6 MONTHS to come to a decision JA have decided to deny the permit...

So even though I truly believe pep11 will be approved my questions are is IF this is denied would the courts take a must stronger stance this time and put strict timelines in place in which JA has to make decisions by? Do they have the power to make sure pep11 gets approved? or does it all back to the same crap with all the power being in the hands of the pollies?

Regardless of that I do believe a decision is close! Maybe April? most likely May? June latest? I hope this can all be put to bed soon and for the unfairness to end! I've been holding since end of 2021 and see a lot of you even longer.. We deserve an answer and it should come soon...
