IMO
BPH should be chasing the departments/Ministers as of now. They should be the ones advising US of the current status of the application and why there appears top be a delay. Also, are they aware that the NSW Department (as advised by Jamie Tripodi) is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of the application? Have they been advised or requested for any information to be submitted? Has there been any correspondence received from any JA Department/NOPTA/ or the like with regards to the PEP11 application????
It is no loner acceptable to just sit and wait.
