I believe so.
Nsw makes a decision at JA before federal can.
I doubt mk is sitting on it federally.
I feel held up as nsw wanted to introduce and pass legislation first.
Not very ethical, but much is not these days.
The beating of the gas foundation adds points to large business on the move now also.
It would be smart to get pep11 out of the way before federal parliament resumes, as I'm sure other things will appear to be front line by then, other than pep for the likes of steggals and scomps
