Eventually China will move on tiawan. The US will go up against China, Australia will get involved.
China in reteliation will curtail iron ore from Australia as they have nearly shawed up there own supplies outside oz.
They will curtail win and many other exports.
The punishment will last a long, long time.
As China controls, most shipping between us and Asia, they will block imports to us.
Potentially fuel.
Having gas piped 26km to shore is for our security.
Also we need resource exports as that is what our country is for.
We will never cover exports with manufacturing as we are in the southern hemisphere, whilst most of the population lives in the northern hemisphere.
Adding 500k immigrants means we need to boost exports inc gas as imports will rise.
