So... if NSW has taken (so far) 6 months to 'assess' the NOPTA report/recommendation AND they have in the recent past ALWAYS rejected PEP11 with 'extreme bias' - that could only mean - in my mind - that they are now LAWFULLY assessing PEP11 to determine HOW (if any) means by which they can reject. As they are a binding party to the Court Order - they have no choice but to act lawfully. I dont know how they CAN reassess the NOPTA recommendation - but it seems they are!!
In what STATE laws associated with Oil and GAS exploration/permit etc will they find 'something' that will REJECT a permit that is located in FEDERAL waters?? (other then BIAS!?!?!?!?)
IMO knowing that they can not STOP PEP 11 Forever (Good Ole Blowfly Zali) - they decided to enact a 'bias' law (5km Ban) to make 'PEP11 Unfeasible' (paraphrasing NSW Govt member of the Legislative Assembly). Basically everything that NSW is doing from Oct 18 to date - is IMO - Biased.
NSW - APPROVE PEP 11 NOW!!!!!!!!
FEDS: PULL YOUR FINGER OUT AND APPROVE PEP11!!!!!!!!!
