There is a reason for this, price.
At the price they want NSW customers to pay, nobody wants to buy it. Industry would prefer to close their operations as they aren't viable at PKIT input prices.
PKIT might end up being an EXPORT terminal. Lol.
Otherwise, it is a White Elephant.
