I have figured it out.
NSW wants us to load the gas onto LNG vessels to travel to Port Kembla for unloading. that way those precious sometimes sewerage laiden beaches are saved.
A win win
TIC just in case the seriousness of the above is questioned.
Same same if we import gas from Qatar or USA and leave the PEP11 gas to just leech up from the depths below.
