There would have to an confidentiality clause in place with whatever agreement was reached as BPH still has to go through the regulatory process
To sign an MOU and then disclose it to the market is as good as saying PEP11 is approved which we know they would not do.
I'm not saying this is a done deal between BPH and Squadron but your supposition of disclosure is incorrect
