The smart move is to have a balanced approach here with holding both the OB's and the Heads. Choosing to just hold a large amount of heads surely is going to affect one's sleeping pattern IF/When the time draws closer to expiry.
Having said that there is a good chance this is resolved before expiry. The problem is if the company elects to take court action, it automatically will delay the outcome to after expiry in my opinion.
