Its a fact decisions all around the world are not made made within law always.
Example closer to home, the boat refugees. Even then, when the court found against the gov, the gov changed the law to get around the court.
Considering that with a court, being bombarded in a public place, certainly could be a just cause to play hard ball.
That's why I say be careful what we wish for if bombarding FB.
I do know law appoloz, been in court a bit, from what I have learnt you do not want to piss people off that make the decisions.
The problem with the law pep11 is under, is there is no time frame for decision if delegated.
