I too don't condone childish or bad behaviour towards anyone, let alone politicians under pressure. However, whilst I think it would be incredibly irresponsible of her to risk the Gas supply for NSW based on personal emotions, I do understand politicians are not perfect and can make decisions in haste. However, I don't think MK has such a thin skin that such comments will affect her decision on PEP11.
Even if it was something as extreme as a death threat, she cannot use that as an excuse to deny PEP11, and no Court in Australia will allow her that privilege. Death threats or negative comments are purely a matter between her and the perpetrator, to be resolved separately.
Btw, have we confirmed yet if MK is still the decision maker? I haven't seen any news on that front for some time, does anyone know?
