as are hedgefunds that pay bugger all brokerage, they are charged a daily fee at bugger all % and can buy and sell parcels one one share all day long on every stock (which they do)
once in a blue moon big bad ASIC will show how vigilant they are and bust a Rene Rivkin for insider trading some Qantas shares, or prosecute a Fibonarchery that ramps on Hot Copper, maybe once every 10 years.
