The project was DEAD years ago... only for the Courts to breathe it back to life again regardless of what the pollies or protestors want you to believe.

And as for journalists... pleeeeease they dont do any sort of investigation.. they just parrot what they hear.

SOoo.. as per the 6 months we have waited - THEY have NOT rejected it yet. IF they find a reason - without bias - to reject - then so be it. If there was a way to reject without BIAS - it would have been done so back in Scummmbags days - they would have looked at every LEGAL angle back then before going the bias route im sure. (although they probably NEVER thought they would be caught out by the Courts!!)

The only was to really KILL PEP11 at this time is for the drilling to take place and we find NOTHING!!!!... Until then - ALL the pollies do not have a choice but to (IMOOO) APPROVE PEP11 in accordance with the LAW. I really do NOT believe that the Pollies will reject based ONLY on BIAS..... IF they reject - they will find a legal loophole somewhere - which we may know nothing about and will be their Hail Mary.... with a hint of BLOODY MARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... lol
