I honestly dont know....IF I knew the parliamentary process a little better - then I might be able to hazard a guess....BUT
They have stated that this Bill is by Proclamation....
Therefore... proclamation must include a date in the Govt Gazette.....
The Govt Gazette does not state a commencement date!
So when does this BILL COMMENCE????????????
