When is the Ideal time for a political party to release news of the PEP11 application.

For a yes.
Some politcal minded members might have a point of view that can give us a clearer understanding of the implications of the decision.
My guess for a no. May 14th onwards possibly upto a month after
My guess for a yes. May 14th onwards possibly upto end of the year.
Mr DB steps in after a month from 14th regardless of yes or no with legal action.
