if that is correct then the FEDs have precedence in ‘delaying’ decisions for up to 300 days!
so I ask again - how did BPH claim to be readying for a rig/drill in the first half of 2024 if there is NO WAY of ‘forcing’ the FEDs to make a decision? Was it all a hope and a prayer??!!!
