I think "won't" is more accurate than "can't". I think with the right legal team, we could actually force the Government to act, but that team won't come cheap and we don't have the resources to afford them. It's a shame we're such a tiny company currently, because it means we can be bullied and we're definitely being bullied or disrespected right now. I still have faith PEP11 will come through for us in the end, it's just too valuable a resource not to.
