Chevron have been waiting for 936 days at JA for renewal over in wa.
I do not think pep11 is held deliberately, it seems the overall process is slow.
Not just on gas, but some windfarms have been waiting 4 years for all approvals.
Same in the mining sector, for gold, copper etc.
This country needs to streamline processes from years to months because time equals lost money.
It is no wonder Australia is being left behind, also when we developed something, it goes overseas most times.
