Looking at the legislation you need the funds to get an approval.

Maybe this is why the delay from the ja, the group was not funded, especially mec.

Maybe all partners, not some need to prove there finances.

Mec has basically been doing nothing for years.

Something made them do something.

Anybody no where Mec is at on the cash?

I know buy, advent and bph are all sorted.
