Unfortunately.... as we have known for some time... there is NOTHING that limits the time allowed for a JA decision to be made. THE ONLY time limit dictated by this Legislation is for when the Commonwealth Minister tells the State Minister they have 30 days to make a decision.
So... we are at the mercy of the Commonwealth.. The FEDs have ALL the power they need to make a decision. The reasoning behind the (IMO) 'delay' - who knows????
Maybe Hail Mary with a touch of Bloody and lots of Hail Stones????...lol
