In my opinion, if the Feds fail to initiate the 30 day rule soon, then with the information at hand which is the NSW legislation to stop PEP11 services across the seabed, the Fed is also showing bias of hiding behind the fact that NSW does not want the exploration drill to proceed.
MK needs to get on with it before Bass Straight and Gipps run dry!
