So it looks like maybe she didn't delegate using the NOPTA instrument: 73473864 (maybe she was hungry for power and control on the NOPTA decision).
Then possibly realised that she couldn't touch it without being accused of bias (after or during the Federal Court case).
Now they hatched a plan for Ed Husic to take it, but they needed to appoint him as the Resources minister first?
My goodness... what an absolute mess. Maybe their plan was that they had no plan lol...
