Id like to know WHY everyone seems to be so hung up on the opinion (ie BIAS) of a particular person - eg Ed Husic?????
The ONE reason why PEP11 is still kicking and breathing is because of BIAS.... They (ie Scomo) did not make a decision based on LAW. It was based on his bias....... maybe like Flamebake says - there are reasons for PEP11 to be refused..... well then bring it - show it - if it has NO bias.... then ce la vie.
So..... Ed.....LEAVE YOUR BIAS (be it FOR or AGAINST gas/PEP11) at the door when u come to make a decision on PEP11 - So SAYS YOUR OWN AGREED COURT CONSENT ORDER.
