Hi Mike
Just a note on your article in The Age this morning regarding
PEP11 . There has been so much misinformation put forward
about this project from the likes of Zali Steggall that i feel you
need to get the facts.
a/ This is a exploration drill only and they are looking for gas
not oil.
b/ No Petroleum is being pumped to shore.
c/ The drill site is 27km off the coast of Newcastle not Manly.
d/ There is no seismic blasting.
e/ The gas is actually leaking from the sea bed.
f / Will have a very low environmental impact.
All this information can be verified at the BPH website.
