The way PEP11 has been handled is a disagrace. Mums and dads have invested under the understanding there is a governance model in place to submit and apply for approval based on a formal fair backed framework
They don't want nuclear which is really the only way to be net zero or close to it. They don't want gas as a transitional pathway. Politicians are dreaming.
