Mode your hypothesis is extremely interesting and the link between NOPTA and MK also interesting.
If the shift from resources to industries is relevant then I strongly believe this comes back to MK wanting political insulation from the decision and any potential fallout one way or another.
The machinations have become fascinating. This stock has given me experience in government, legislation, legal proceedings and even how rigs travel through our waters.
