Certainly explains alot from Scomo back in the day, and as the story fully comes out about Scomos full situation mentally, which is meant to be super loose evidently on Scomos behalf, and once the full facts are put on the table I believe the Pep11 decision should be reversed to the last Sane minister in charge and what he wanted regarding Pep11 approval, and that of course was KP and we all know what KP wanted regarding Pep11 exploration approval till Scomo grabbed him by the nuts and twisted them like a politician and PM out of control loony !!!!
